Heron in False Creek
False Creek is far from pristine, but often full of wildlife anyway. Herons love to come fishing down here.
This photo was taken just west of the bridge to Granville Island, using my old Hanimex 500mm Mirror lens and a Canon F1n. While this was a very nice rig for a while, I've subsequently switched to EOS gear and no longer use the Hanimex lens.
