Hart House Stone

Hart House was the main student centre at the University of Toronto, and the cafeteria in the basement was my favourite room to study in. Not your typically sterile room by any chance.

The Hart House pool was one of the most beautiful pools I've ever had the pleasure to swim in. The arched roof lets in enough natural light most days to eliminate the need for interior lighting.

Hart House was operated as a male student centre only until 1972, largely due to the personal beliefs of Vincent Massey.
